Brittany changes her hair style and hair color frequently. 

She is shown here with long curly hair.  There are some long layers added throughout her hair, if you look closely.  Her long side swept bangs/layers are sprayed in place away from her face for a sophisticated touch.

Long, slightly wavy hair can be achieved by applying hair styling products and letting hair dry naturally, perhaps scrunching it as it is almost dry.

If you do not have hair this long, but really like the look, an option you might consider is hair extensions. Human and synthetic hair can be attached to your natural hair creating a free-flowing long hair style like this.
