The long layers start past the shoulders and go down from there. Long side swept bangs are softly draped from a deep side part and just touch the eyebrows.

To create this style on your own, apply styling cream or gel and blow-dry using a large paddle brush.  Then apply a heat protectant product and flat iron the hair from roots to the end.
