To create this look on your own, first apply a styling cream
throughout the hair. blow dry the hair using a large
round brush.
Add soft waves throughout the hair using a curling iron or
hot rollers, making sure that curls cool completely before
shaping them.
Well placed highlights and lowlights can make this style dazzling. Part the hair down the center for added dramatic appeal.
