Gwyneth looks great in this long, smooth hair style shown below.  She has been known to wear hair extensions in the past, but unless we are mistaken, the hair she has in this photo is all hers!
 

To create this style, first blow dry your hair section by section, using a round brush. Follow up with a flat iron to ensure straight smooth locks. (Be sure to use a heat protectant product on your hair before flat ironing!)
 

Next, part hair to one side, leaving a few wispy strands and long bangs in front.
Create volume at the crown by back-combing two 4-in. wide sections of hair.
 

Add waves on the ends if you like using a curling iron or hot rollers.  This style is also a very versatile one that can be worn for casual as well as formal occasions.
