medium length tapered hair style. She has gone to a bleach
blonde color with just a hint of brown color at the sides.
To create this style on your own, apply a straightening cream and
blow dry using a large round brush. Direct all hair and
layering under with the round brush.

For extra smoothness, you can run a flat iron over all of the hair
from the roots to the ends. Victoria has a little height on
some of the layers in the crown area. This height can be
created by back-combing sections of hair and smoothing over the top
with your fingers.
