All over curls is a winning look for Teri Hatcher.  She is anything but the self-proclaimed "has been" with this sophisticated look.

To add all over curls like Teri's, apply a curl-enhancing cream throughout damp hair and blow dry using a diffuser attachment.

Next, add curls all over by alternating the use of two different curling irons.  Part the hair deep on one side and gently back comb sections of hair in the crown to create the appearance of height.

Finish up with a good strong hair spray to keep the curls exactly where you want them to be.
