Seen recently in concert with Joss Stone, Prince William is wearing his hair slightly shorter now.  The hair is layered throughout with longer layers on top and shorter layers on the sides and back. 

To create this style on your own, apply a styling cream our mousse throughout the hair after shampooing and towel-drying.  Comb hair the way that you want it to go and let air dry.
