Nick a short hair style, that has slightly longer layers in the crown area. The hair is not really parted and has a slight wave to it.

To create this style, add a curl-enhancing product throughout the hair and blow dry using a diffuser. Run your fingers through your hair as you dry it, scrunching it a bit when almost dry to create the slight wave look.  Finish with a shine serum for that healthy shine look.
