Volume is the key to creating this hair style. To create the
volume, blow-dry the hair upside down tousling the roots with
your fingers.
Add a volumizing spray to the roots and throughout hair for an
extra boost.
Add all over curls using a curling iron or hot rollers. Part
hair on the far side and back-comb the crown area slightly.
Curl-enhancing styling crème and gels are very helpful for
creating this type of hair style.
